  • $250.00 Minimum Order
  • $20.00 Fuel Surcharge for all Orders Under $400.00 for DFW/Metroplex
  • $25.00 Residential Deliveries – Minimum $25.00 Fuel Surcharge
  • 5% Fuel Surcharge of the Total Invoice for the DFW Metroplex
  • 7% Fuel Surcharge of the Total Invoice Outside of the DFW Metroplex
  • 10% Fuel Surcharge of the Total Invoice for Colorado / Wyoming
